Chamber registration confirms individual practitioner licensing but does not accredit clinics or specific procedures. Facility-level accreditation is separate and voluntary. Dentist registration is combined with physician registration under the NIL umbrella but administered via regional chambers.

Polish medical licences do not expire routinely but are subject to continuing education and professional conduct oversight. The register reflects current status and any disciplinary actions.
